Move multiple categories at once?

I'm looking for a mod to do this. I've searched high and low for something that does this. All I've found is mass-product moving, but not mass-category moving. I'm surprised nobody has had the need.

 

I'm perfectly willing to code my own script, but I'd rather not re-invent the wheel if the code already exists, you know?
