Guest Posted August 6, 2010 Posted August 6, 2010 Randy, Manual code edits will require you to download the file you want to edit using an FTP or your cpanel file manager, make the edits and upload the file back to the server. When doing this MAKE A BACKUP before uploading the revised file, this will ensure you have a backup should there be an error in the revised file. Further, there are WYSIWYG editors available for some of the content and the catalog descriptions. You will find them in the Add On area. Welcome to the forum. Chris

For more detailed info, the file in question is in : catalog/includes/languages/english/index.php which you will find when you FTP your site to your local computer. Note : always keep a virgin copy of the original osCommerce files also on your computer to compare when accidents arrive! Barbara
