designcraft
Hello, I noticed that there are these 2 files on my server. One called .wysiwygPro_edit-7a644........php and the other is called .wysiwygPro_preview_7a644........php. The ..... meaning a bunch of numbers. Are these bad files. I have read that they are hacker files and that they are just plan old wysiwyg files. Could someone help me out with an explanation? Thanks much! MrPhil
They're trash left over from some WYSIWYG page editor on your server. Go ahead and erase them. You should not be using such an editor on your osC files anyway -- learn to use a "flat file text editor" for your files. You can also download (via FTP) osC files to your PC and use a good editor such as ViM or Notepad++ on them, and load them back up to the server via FTP. designcraft
Thank you! I feel much better knowing that they are junk. My client is the one making the changes within the store so I will let her know about the editor. Thanks again.
