Ok I need some help with something that seems like a simple task, but I am not having any luck.

I just want to add a <div> at the top that will include the following information:

A login link for guests logout link with name if logged in. And then I just want the number of items in the cart and the cart total.

This is going to be in a floating div at the top of the STS template, and I can not figure out how to do it. Every time I try to include PHP in the sts_template.html I get a fatal error in that div when the site loads.

Someone please help me.

I have a separate menu. I want to keep the actual shopping cart on the right column, but I want to call the information in a separate div at the top of the site as well. I already have the div CSS positioned, I just need to know how to call the cart total. This doesn't seem like it would be that hard to do/understand.
