Strange Error Repeated Continuously -New USPS Payment Module

Im running aprox 010203 CVS release. I attempted to install 4 diff times the USPSMethods_2.4 Module, and I get this on Live and Local Server:

 

Warning: feof(): supplied resource is not a valid stream resource in c:htmlcatalogincludesclasseshttp_client.php on line 385



Warning: fgets(): supplied resource is not a valid stream resource in c:htmlcatalogincludesclasseshttp_client.php on line 386

 

Over and over and over none stop.

 

Any ideas? It only happens with this new Module enabled, which btw did not alter http_client.php

If it has something to do with new CVS code/MS1, any ideas what I need to updated in order to use this shipping module?
