The program I am looking for:

 

Able to Manually Create a new account and create an order because I accept Phone, and Mail Order from my customer who doesnt have access to the internet. Also, I want to have the ability to update order status and input tracking # for each item within the same order so customer will know which one is shipped, sent from warehouse, backordered, preorder, processing. Customer will be able to track the order status at the account history by clicking the link, the order status email sent to customers will the order status information.

 

I also like to have the ability to edit the order such as delete an item within the order, changing shipping.. I believe there is a contribution available already but I want to have it integrated as a whole.

 

Another thing is to create a whole new table, section called the RMA. Customer sign into their account and in my account page there will be a button called RMA. Within the RMA customer send in an inquiry regarding the problem they receive and which order it is, which item it is....

Once a customer submitted the RMA, it is put to database and I will be able to access it on Administration, I have the ability to read the inquiry and update the status from pending, approved, processing, shipped. Just like after making an order.

 

Basically these functions are very crucial for a ecommerce. They are found on major ecommerce sites.
