For example: There's an auction for a $25 Gift Certificate and someone bids and wins. An email is sent to him for immediate confirmation and payment instructions. As soon as he pays for the certificate, he is automatically either sent the cert via email, with a special fraud prevention code, or he is sent to a place on the web to download it. The trick is that there may be 100 auctions going on at a time and everything needs to be fully automated. INCLUDING, sending the initial email, including the appropriate logo on the certificate, correct tracking code, etc. Can OS handle a situation like this? If not, can anyone recommend an alternative?
