Need to verify if "Hacked"

Hi All! Ok, for more than several days been dealing with some issues with my site, slowly getting them resolved. I still have no access to my Admin., so I was looking to see if there was another way to access it other than the page I had saved since I started this site a little over a month ago. I was searching the web and found some sites, I happened to click on one and this big greenish/yellow figure with graphics jumped up in the screen and said "HACK" or "HACKED"! I didn't open the page, I just went to the site! I am hoping I didn't cause myself any harm, so I am asking.....am I "HACKED", just because I landed there? Or do you have to go on their site or vice versa?

 

Here is the info on the site which from what I believe tells me it is due to the long string of characters in the url, if I'm correct? :
