But recently we changed it - I installed a template I purchased (not doing that again!!) , we moved to php5 and installed secure certificate and I changed the way people checkout by offering what PWA offers, but I had FEC installed so modified that to work the same way (which it seemed to). My problem is 75% of people order ok. But some get to the cart page, log in and then all items are dropped in their cart. I have looked at everything. Made some changes, which I thought worked but then still get some complaints. I am not sure what it is but pretty sure it is the SID dropping on login. Why?? Please let me know what you need to see - I have surfed the forums for weeks and tried all sorts of things, none worked. Any help greatly appreciated - we are really getting frustrated here!!
