ding Posted July 22, 2010 Posted July 22, 2010 hi,all. i add 2 products which weight is all 0.5kg,but when i checkout,i find it is not 1.0kg but 4.0kg. i use osCommerce Online Merchant v2.2 RC2 Released,anyone have the same problem??

Check the tare weight settings in admin. This is the most common cause of weight discrepancies. Tim

Tim Hi,Tim,Yes,you are right,i find Shipping/Packaging in Configuration. set Package Tare weight 0 and Larger packages - percentage increase 0 will be ok. Thanks!!!
