Barbie97
Hi Everybody! I have a live site that is causing me some grief and now I have no hair after trying to figure this out the past 2 days! I have the PayPal Standard on my osC website. When a customer orders their products everything looks fine on the admin portion of the website. It adds the tax and the shipping fine. However... when the shopping cart gets to the shopping cart on PayPal, it is not adding the shipping charges. This is not a good thing! :/ Does anyone know what I can do to fix this? I have looked EVERYWHERE for answers. Please help if you can. Getting a bit desperate and client is not a happy camper. Thanks in advance!

pichou2005
Hi, Maybe the problem is in your Paypal profile... 1. Log in to your Paypal account. 2. Click on "My Account - Profile". 3. In the "Selling Preferences" column, click on "Shipping Calculations". 4. At the bottom of the page, be sure to check the box that allow transaction-based shipping settings to override the profile settings. If that box is not checked, the settings of your profile (probably set to $0.00) will override the shipping charges. Hope this may help you!
