Guest Posted July 20, 2010 Posted July 20, 2010 The transaction key was reset on the authorize.net account and people can no longer checkout at the store. I was hired after the store was created with osCommerce, so I am not sure about the structure. Where is the transaction key defined?
chadcloman Posted July 20, 2010 Posted July 20, 2010 In the osCommerce admin pages, click on "Modules" in the left column. In the "Payment" sub-section, you should see the authorize.net modules (SIM and AIM). Select the one that's enabled/installed and click the "Edit" button on the right. You should see a field where you can specify the transaction key. Check out Chad's News.
Guest Posted July 20, 2010 Posted July 20, 2010 In the osCommerce admin pages... This is how lost I am, is this on the site or on my servers?
chadcloman Posted July 20, 2010 Posted July 20, 2010 Take the store URL (e.g., www.mysite.com, www.mysite.com/catalog, etc.), add "/admin" to it (e.g., www.mysite.com/admin), then direct your browser to that URL. This will hopefully bring up your osCommerce admin pages. You will need to enter the admin username and password. Once you've successfully logged on, then follow the instructions I gave in the previous post. Check out Chad's News.
Guest Posted July 20, 2010 Posted July 20, 2010 PERFECT! Thank you so much, no one informed me of the admin site.
