Shuffled Files on server

Somehow I accidently moved some files on the server so although our website is still up I can't access admin. This is the message I get. I have a back up done on the 26th June but I don't know how to use the back up to get the server folders back where they should be without paying our site designer bucket loads of money. Any help would be gratefully sccepted

It would seem that some of the files are missing or corrupt.

 

You could FTP the backup to the site to replace the missing/corrupt files. But, be cautious.....over-writing files is permanent.
