updating inventory

I hve a question on when i do my inventory update from ezdropship. when it is finish i go to my admin and look in the product count it say there is no products in stock which in turn when someone try to buy a product it shows that there is none in stock why is that am i doing something wrong do i need to delete all of my inventory or is there another way to update my products from ezdropship

I would suggest it's a field mapping error. The feed can be altered to apply the information into the correct database tables.
