Fatal errors: email::add_text() & email::add_html()

hey guys,

 

i'm new to osCommerce and php. i can say i'm almost a total newbie with both.

 

i'm currently having 2 problems.

 

firstly, whenever i try to fill in the contact form at my website and send it to my email, this error shows up:

 

Fatal error: Call to undefined method email::add_html() in /home/persona6/public_html/personalparadize/includes/functions/general.php on line 1020

 

secondly, whenever i try to use the 'Send Email' option in the osCommerce control panel, i get this error:

 

Fatal error: Call to undefined method email::add_text() in /home/persona6/public_html/personalparadize/admin/mail.php on line 42

 

i tried finding for solutions in google, osCommerce forums and my domain host forums but to no avail. i went into cPanel and tried to find the 2 lines stated in the respective files but i don't know how to go about solving this. Can anyone help me?

Have you edited any files or installed any add-ons?
