johny001 Posted July 12, 2010 Posted July 12, 2010 Hi, A long time reader, first time poster! Anyone here still using NAB NSIPS (National Secure Internet Payment Service) payment gateway? How do you avoid the problem of incomplete transaction when when the redirection from the NAB NSIPS payment website back to your website doesn't happen, such as because a customer closed the browser, pressed the stop button, jumped to a new URL, and many others. As a result of this problem, my website doesn't get informed whether the transaction was successful or not and hence, doesn't send a notification email to the customer. I have received lots of complaints from the customers because of this. Does anyone know if it is possible to query the NAB NSIPS database whether a transaction was successful or failed? If there is, this then means I can periodically query this database to find out whether a transaction was successful or not, and subsequently send an appropriate email to that customer. Can anyone else suggest a better solution? Thanks! PS. I know that NAB NSIPS is old and has been replaced with NAB Transact. How is a problem like this being handled in NAB Transact? Is it worth upgrading to NAB Transact? Quote
