Does multilingual shop have problems with Google?

How is it whith mulitilingual shops?

 

Does google know in what languages the shop is in? Is that making some troubble?

 

Doesnt all products have the same address in all languages, all controlled by cookies that search engines have any use of?

 

And how have you solved this?

I have a multilingual ship and without any problems with google.

They have different url for example:

www.shop.com/item001-p01.html (default language)

and

www.shop.com/item001-p01.html?language=de

(Germany)
