maize12
I've implemented the UPS shipping module and I get shipping costs... but the costs I get are different than the costs from UPS.com even tho I have the same configuration. I connected with UPS ecommerce tech support and they asked for the following. What are they looking for/what should I provide them? 1. The XML Access Request. 2. The XML Rate Request. 3. The XML Response.

I connected with UPS ecommerce tech support and they asked for the following. What are they looking for/what should I provide them? 1. The XML Access Request. 2. The XML Rate Request. 3. The XML Response. Documentation, readme.txt, Installation step 8 describes logging of the access request, rate request, response. Make a test shipment and have it log all that information. Then you and UPS can see what you exactly send (you haven't forgotten about the standard setting of 3 pounds for tare have you?) and what the UPS response is. garyljohnson
I am having the same issue... But I don't have a "README.txt" file.... I have a "UPSChoice.txt". It only goes to step #8 I installed UPS Choice v1.8.2 for osCommerce 2.2 MS2 I do see that there is a disclaimer: This revision is based on ups.php v.1.54, which employs the UPS cgi method that has been deprecated for over a year and although it appears to remain functional is no longer officially supported by UPS. The currently supported UPS API requires XML requests through a secure socket layer, for which there is not yet an osC implementation. Is this going to be an issue? If I read this correctly, this version is NOT supported anymore and can not get the correct rates from UPS. Is this correct? Gary J
