EasyPopulate Temp Folder Issue

Hi

I am running an oscommerce with the Easyopulate contribution, and recently it has stopped working the upload function.

 

When I try to upload a file (CSV) the browser does the upload, but when completed, Easypopulate cannot process the file, because it does not exist.

I checked out via FTP and the folder is empty.
