Purchase Order Module ANNNNNND RFQ Module

Hi All.

 

I would like to setup OSCommerce so that people instead of buying from me, they submit a RFQ - No problem

 

I would also like to set it up, so that people can sell product to me..... so it would be like setting up a product with a price, but instead of selling it to the customer, they would be selling it to me.... so basically like a Purchase order module.

 

And then I would like to do it both at the same time.

 

Is this possible???
