Installation problem in 2.2:Failed opening required '../includes/database_tables.php'

Late in the installation process, I get an error: Failed opening required '../includes/database_tables.php', apparently because the file is missing:

Warning: require(../includes/database_tables.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in \\boswinfs04\home\users\web\b2190\whl.arinc99\catalog\install\templates\pages\install_4.php on line 13

 

I cannot find the file anywhere. Does anyone have a fix for this, or recommendation on how to resolve this problem?

Thank you. That file wasn't the actual problem, as it turns out - rather, php was not running correctly on the server.
