milauskas Posted June 15, 2010 Posted June 15, 2010 Hi All, I did a clean install of osC because I screwed things up badly. I had backed up the database before the screw up and I've successfully restored it. I can see all the products, customers, orders, etc. in the admin section. I've reuploaded some of my old backed up files to overwrite the default files of the clean install and I've got my old index.php looking about like it did before the mess (leepharmaceuticals.com/catalog/index.php). Products and images appear where they should on the index page, but when I click a product link it goes to a page that says "product not found!" How can I "reconnect" the products to their individual pages? I've got all my old files from the original install so is there a page that I should reupload to make this connection? The products, descriptions and prices are all there so how can I get things to work again. I screwed this up for a big client and they're losing money every hour I don't fix this. Thanks for any help.
milauskas Posted June 16, 2010 Author Posted June 16, 2010 Reinstalled a couple more times. Right now I have a clean install and uploaded the database. I can go into the admin section and all the products are there. I can click on a product in the catalog, and can see it's description, etc., but if I click Add to Cart, I get a blank page (shopping_cart.php). Any help?
