Search other parts of a page!

I am trying to see if there is a way to search more parts of a page. I have a generic product that works with a wide range of applications. I have the Year, make & model app installed. The same product can be use with say 13 or 14 different vehicles. So instead of inputting the same product 14 times, the add-on works great. The down side is.. if someone just wants to search for that part.. the search performed doesn't look in that add-on. So it always says, no products found. Is there a way to change or add something to the search file, so that it will search other parts of the database or page.
