Changing Tax State

Our company moved from Wisconsin to North Carolina, and although we have changed the tax zone (orders are charged NC tax) on the order itself it says WI tax. Any way to make it say NC tax?

In admin

 

Select

Locatlization / Taxes

 

Select

Zone

 

Click Insert

Add North Carliona

 

Select

Tax Rates

 

Click

New Tax Rate

 

Then select NC, Taxable Goods, and Set your rate.

I believe you need to go to admin -> Locations / Taxes
