MotoOption Posted June 9, 2010 Posted June 9, 2010 Hello all, I taught myself and installed OSC last year for my company and it had been working quite well until somehow it got hacked last week and i needed to re upload some of the files and since then i have been having issues. As of now it will not generate an order total. It shows the items and their price, a discount (if applied), shipping, then the total as $0.00 I have discount coupon installed and it had been working, still seems to work but do not know if this could be causing order total issues. I also now can not get it to work with authorize.net that had been working fine for a year, is it possible get the error because there is no order total?? This is the error i get during payment: There has been an error processing your credit card. Please try again and if problems persist, please try another payment method. i have been using authorize.net cc aim any help would be greatly appreciated site: www.motooption.com/onlinestore Quote
