Damn Posted June 7, 2010 Posted June 7, 2010 When an order is placed, there is a comments field that the customer can enter in info. Where do these comments go, I can't find them anywhere in the order. Please excuse me if this is a n00b question or if I am blind, but I have searched & found nothing on this, which leads me to believe this is operator error!!

Damn Posted August 2, 2010 Author Posted August 2, 2010 Thank you for your reply and excuse my delay in posting back. If I place an order as a customer, and fill in some comments when placing the order such as 'I want that shirt in red please' then head to the order, these comments are NOT visible anywhere on the page. There is a box where the admin staff can enter in comments (selecting to notify the customer or not) however the comments which were placed at time of order, are certainly not there. Any other ideas?
Lary_an Posted September 18, 2010 Posted September 18, 2010 Hi, I am getting the same problem. 75% of my customers leave comments, but i only get about half of those. I already know that it happens if the customer decided to change something in the order and went back to make changes, or didn't pay with PayPal. I was wondering if you found a solution to this problem. Thanks.
