Paypal IPN - Transaction Activity not showing in Admin Order Page

Recommended Posts

Posted (edited)

Hi All...

I tried searching but am not finding the right answers... Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction or have some insight as to what's going on...

My problem:

In the Admin - view order page, Paypal transaction activity is coming back with "No PayPal Transaction Information Available"

I'm running:

PayPal_Shopping_Cart_IPN V3.1.5 on oscommerce-2.2rc2a

Here's a screen shot of the issue (from Admin-View Order page):

no_info.jpg

Any suggestions or advices?

BTW, everything else seems to be working correctly, including client email and store notifications.

TIA

Please enable PayPal IPN, Auto Retun and Payment Data Transfer(PDT)

Set the “http://www.yoursite.com/ext/modules/payment/paypal/ipn.php” url in your paypal account profile.

Also add an email id in admin for this payment module for debug inbox field.
