I create or delete categories but changes are not displaying at the home page

Hi there, I have installed a 2.2 Milestone 2 Update 051112, apparently all was working well, but when I create or change categories inside my administration panel, the changes are not displayed in the home page where the categories are displayed. Nothin change. I can make anything in the administration panel, but none change is displayed in the category box in the home page.
