doctoremote Posted June 4, 2010 Posted June 4, 2010 Not sure what has happened but when you go to an OS commerce web site in IE6 IE7 or IE8 the top menu bar displays then takes ages for the page to display. If you try it in Chrome, Safari, Firefox it displays instantly. The website was displaying fine about a week ago then this. Has something happened with a windows update????
Guest Posted June 4, 2010 Posted June 4, 2010 I doubt any windows update caused this. are your website files cached? perhaps clear your explorer files on your local system then try again.
doctoremote Posted June 4, 2010 Author Posted June 4, 2010 I have done this strange thing is I have tried it on other pcs and it still does the same. If you go say to this URL http://www.lilacandcream.co.uk/index.php Try it in IE the try it in chrome or fire fox ..... If you leave it for some time it does display in IE but the others it is instant..
Guest Posted June 4, 2010 Posted June 4, 2010 it could be javascript. try to remove or comment them out then try again.
