HLT Posted March 1, 2003 Share Posted March 1, 2003 The comments box is something I've always appreciated having on the store, and its introduction to every single page of the ordering process in MS1 is going to *really* encourage users to use it, but I recently found out that Im driving my warehouse/shipping people insane with these customer comments. 100% of the comments are "additional shipping instructions" such as "Please leave behind screen door" or "Please leave with neighbor at #244". Important and sometimes necessary messages. Just found out that FedEx does not allow or have a field for any additional shipping comments, so they're not getting on the box where the delivery man can do anything about them, and my warehouse people have been printing the comments out via MS Word and taping them to the box. What do you use the comments box for, if not additional shipping instructions?
