Split CC emails

I am still having problems with the split emails containing the middle cc numbers not being sent. I've been using the cart for about 3 years now and this keeps happening every now and then. It will work for months and then all of a sudden the emails stop coming for 6 or 7 orders and then it will start working again or I have to change the email address to get it to work again. Once it is working, I can change back to the original email address. I've read numerous threads with people having the same problems but there seems to be no actual replies on how to fix this problem. Does anyone have a solution?

 

BTW, is there any way to find the middle numbers in the database? It gets expensive to call overseas every time

this happens to get the number from the customer?
