smash123 Posted June 3, 2010 Posted June 3, 2010 I'm selling air soft gun product in my OSC web. The reason I want to install a Help desk module are: 1. Customer can send/read message after they login. This can avoid bounce email problem. 2. Keep track of message. Some customer just drop us an email and think we still remember what has be happened. Keep tracking the message letting us know what is the whole story. 3. Customer can login and review reply again. I see there are so many module doing this. Do you have one to recommend me?
