Heavenly30 Posted May 31, 2010 Share Posted May 31, 2010 Good Morning Oscommercers! I have someone doing the programming with the Os commerce shopping cart. For some reason at the checkout the shipping insurance isn't added on the checkout/order confirmation page. It has the total and the USPS shipping rates and the total, but they added the shipping insurance module and it isn't working. The programmer said it will work once it is on my server, but right now the Usps is in production so I would think that the usps shipping insurance should be in production mode as well? Can someone please tell me what to do and give any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you and hope everyone had a safe Memorial Day Weekend!
