Need help in my website. i've engaged someone to redesign my store.

unfortunately, it's in a mess right now. I'm not exactly sure what's wrong but quite some buttons are not functioning.

and i need some add on and customization.

 

will very much appreciate if someone with this knowledge can help.

preferably with knowledge in payment and shipping module for singapore market.
