hi, i need help please people, i have instlled an oscommerce template, when customer buys, it does not allow them to doanload

it pops up error

Have you created the attribute for the product and placed the associated file in the download folder ?

 

You may also want to look into using Super Download Shop http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/4868 as your download controller instead of the controller that comes with OSC.
