spectral Posted May 23, 2010 Posted May 23, 2010 Is it possible to disable the checkout confirmation button, once it has been pressed? I am having problems with users double-clicking it, periodically. I am using PayPal Website Payments Pro; in case that makes any difference.

No idea about any PayPal issues but it should be possible to disable the button with some JavaScript once it has been pressed once. I guess something similar as described here on the Zen forum shoud work.
npn2531 Posted May 23, 2010 Posted May 23, 2010 Or using the programming, the javascript that is already on the cart, have a popup come up when the submit button is clicked, that states some message like 'click only once'. It still happens occasionaly, but not too often. I don't know how to code it, but one place I do business has their button actually move after clicking. Click once and the button is now immediately below where it was and you have to move your mouse to click it a second time. Tim
