I've recently gone through a manual install with SPPC - actually twice now - and I still cannot seem to get the wholesale pricing to appear when logged in. I'm not even sure where to begin to troubleshoot as I am not receiving any PHP errors or warnings. Everything works as anticipated, less the wholesale pricing.
