looking best high-risk online merchant payment processor

I sell spy gadgets. I was using paypal for a while,

due to the high rate of claims / charge-backs, paypal said they can

not process my orders any longer.

I am looking for a merchant accounts (online payment processors)

who can process payments for high risk products, With little

or no chargeback at all. The payment processor who

can gurantee against chargeback and process the payments safely.

1: can pay up to 10% of the transaction as fee for the processing.

2: must have little or no charge-back

3: accept major credit cards and bank payments

4: good customer serivece

any suggestions and help would be great.

Hmm. If these cloak-and-dagger type customers are abusing you with excessive chargebacks and claims, I'm not sure that any payment processor is going to want to touch you. This assumes, of course, that it's really bad customers and not a bad merchant (PayPal, et al., will assume it's you). Anyway, you will have to find someone willing to handle a high rate of dissatisfied customers, and will raise their fees to you to compensate. I'm not sure you can legally say "tough luck" to so many customers and deny them a refund (you ask for "little or no charge-back"). If there's a lot of fraud perpetrated by your customers, you may be out of luck. The only alternative may be to not accept plastic -- only cash/checks/MOs (with plenty of time to clear). Sorry.

What about changing your terms and conditions as well as making your product description very precise in order to try and prevent charge backs. I have done work for a site selling spy gadgets and they do not have problems with charge backs because the products are clearly photographed, well described and the terms and conditions are well wet out.

Surely you would rather avoid claims and charge backs rather than compensate for them.
