MVS contribution

I have a modified site and I do alot of dropshipping from suppliers all over the country. MVS is probably what I need but its going to be a real pain to install.

Anyone know of something a little more simpler?

I need to be able to designate a zip code that the item actually is shipped from, to an item and be able to calculate shipping charges based on that zip to the zip of the buyer.

Example: a customer buys 2 items, one is stored in California, the other in Florida and the customer is in Indiana. This would be two seperate shipping costs.

I could just raise the prices of my items and charge a flat fee but I dont really want to do that.

Anyone know of any answer?

Unfortunately, it sounds like MVS is EXACTLY what you need so you will have to go through the process of installing it or find someone to install it for you.

a simpler way might be to add individual shipping pr. product, ie. you can set the shipping price for the different items in admin, you can find it in the add-ons section.

Individual Shipping per Product only allows you to charge a flat rate for each product. If you want the actual shipping charges for each vendor, well, that's what MVS was designed to do.

Looks like I have some work to do I guess. Was hoping to find a simpler solution. Running an online store is alot more work than people realize so I guess more work wont be a problem. lol
