Title sum's it up. I have been struggling getting my re-vamped shopping cart back online and I thought all was well until this issue came up today. All pages seem to load fine and the only issue I can see happens right at clicking confirm order. The order never officially makes it to the shopping cart but the payment ended up going through (using paypal direct).

I guess this is what you get when you want to improve your sites look and feel :). Anyways the current addon's that I added to the site are,

STS Templates, SEO URL's and Header Tags SEO. I am using a modified freeoscommerce template nothing too major added besides some span links at the top. If anyone can point me at what files I should be looking at it would be much appreciated.

Just to update this. I have fixed the problem. Quite simply I had copied my site over and for some reason the buysafe module installation corrupted (or it could have been STS messing it up) and it was still being called in my checkout form. My webhost doesn't have php errors shown so downloaded my site to my local webserver to verify error messages and it turned out thats where it pointed. Quite simply I commented out the buysafe code and my shop is operational again :).
