Clone my shopping cart

Hello everyone. New to the forums. I have received a tremendous amount of help reading up on setting up my Oscommerce shopping cart and want to thank everyone for all the posts and answers. I have been finding everything in need except for now.

Here is what I want to do. I have 2 websites that offer to completely different products. Both on the same server. One site I am paying $20 a month for a shopping cart and the other I have set up using Oscommerce cart, gateway, and authorize.net payments. It is working fantastic.

What I want to do is clone that entire oscommerce shopping cart over to my other website and start using it as the cart and not pay $20 a month anymore. The site I have with my Oscommerce site is actually a subdirectory of the site I want to install it on.

All want want to do is change the images over on the new site. But I also want the login and password different. This is where I am having the trouble. When I copy if over, it still is using my existing login, password and database from the other site. I need these changed. Is there a file I can just modify to do this?

I hope I made myself clear. Any help would be greatly appreciated.....Thanks!

Jason,

Once you 'clone' the site to the new directory and have created the new database for the clone you then change the 2 configure.php files to reflect the database name and password you want to use for the clone.

After that is done, you can edit the products and other things from the admin panel.
