Gowans007 Posted May 3, 2010 Share Posted May 3, 2010 I am using a payment system that just before the checkout_successful page takes the user to a secure payment site to enter their payment details. The problem is when using this system and they return to the site which then shows them the checkout_successful.php page the item remains in the checkout and the order is not placed on within OSCommerce. Is the module provided by your payment processor? If so, which one? If you wrote this application yourself, are you passing enough variables to the processor to identify the order basket, and is the processor returning that information to you with the approval code so that you can continue to process the basket? Gowans007 Posted May 5, 2010 Author Share Posted May 5, 2010 Guys I have been told "iPayDNA module will not affect the shopping cart. You might want to check the OScommerce setting."
