This would be used for internal purpose only, and should not be visable to customers. (yes we understand the privacy laws and freedom of information laws). Bascially something similer to that of the notes/comments section within the customer orders section, however to be used in the customer details section. We are looking to be able to add warnings such as 'suspect customer/account - monitor CC purchases', 'special customer/VIP all orders to be shipped with free freight', or even 'problem customer, previous orders always cancelled, and complaints lodged each time'.... or basically anyhting which we may need to note.
