How can I only post to ONE Country (UK)

Hi,

 

I found the answer to this many years ago on here but I can't seem to find the thread now after much time searching for it!!

 

What i want to do is to only ship to customers within the UK. I know you can do this by deleting every country in the Admin so the customer can only select a country that you haven't deleted. But the way I found out was you can edit a file, i think it might of been html_output? Then you enter a countries Code Number (I think UK may of been 61 or 62 ) somewhere in the file, and then what happens is every country dropdown menu in the oscommerce store has the UK already selected and has no other countries on there to select. Can anyone tell me exactly how to do this?
