EmailOrderText_FCKv1.6

I use it for Order edit contributions for sending emails after an order is edited!

 

I got the problem, if i open Edit Email Text to edit HTML text i see only this:

 

 

 

But i should see something like this (the image in the middle where i can edit my email text):

 

 

Someone got this problem to?

I am getting the same error.

 

I have been looking at this for awhile. I have EmailOrderText_1.4 installed and get the variable file pop up in English and German so I switched that file to the 1.6 verion of the pop up email php file and now only have English.

 

In version 1.4 the FCKeditor comes up in edit email test link but will not write it to the database. I switched it to 1.6 and had the same problem BUT.. when you enter something in and click on update at least it writes it to the database. You have to be able to see your database to see that it does write to it.

 

So I went back to version 1.4 and tonight I will look at what the difference is in versions 1.4 and 1.6. I am trying to take it apart and get it to work. Parts of 1.4 work correctly and parts that do not in 1.4 works in 1.6 so there must be a way to do this. If I find it I will post it and then see about updating the contribution.

I have worked on this for several hours with no luck.

 

The 1.4 version select the database and opens FCKeditor fine and displays what is in the database but will not write to it.

 

The 1.5 and 1.6 versions when you click on Confirmation Email or edit email text you do not get the FCKeditor. When you click on Update it wipes out the database file or empties it to nothing. Then you can update it and it will write to the database but when you click on either link again it will not come up so the select statem or something is not working correctly and then it starts all over by deleting what you did.

 

I hope someone else out there can help on this. Or is there some other add on that will work?
