SQL Syntax help needed please

Hi,

 

I have been struggling for ages to merge some code, I had another thread running re an 1136 error which I have now fixed.

 

Now I get the following error:

 

1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '','0000-00-00 00:00:00', '6.01', '0', '1', '0')' at line 1

 

The error is in this bit of code:

Which is from Admin/categories.php

 

Can someone please tell me where the syntax error is??
