rescuestat Posted April 29, 2010 Posted April 29, 2010 Hello everyone, I'm having a difficult time figuring this one out. When a customer first goes into a certain category several products that should be there are not. If they go to the next page and then come back to the first page the products are there suddenly. If they go to another caetgory and then come back to the orignal one the process repeats itself. The missing products are some our most popular so we really want them to show up the first time. I've tried turning the products on/off, moving to other categories and then back...neither affected anything. Also replaced the split_page_results.php class from original. Any ideas? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Further update....seems that some products shown on first page are showing up on the second page. And when you go back to the first page from the second all the items are in a different order...?????
