You should also make sure you have performed the changes at the end of the install instructions (Item "D" of the instructions). After that you want to set the two image restrictions settings to false in the AI config settings so all the images show in true perspective. It's not really a big deal deal, though. don't see it. remember that the shirt material is a mesh. mesh patterns (and the like) can look strange after being reduced, as well as causing items that border the mesh to appear jagged. There isn't anything that can be done about it. even photoshop will leave you with a odd look in that situation. try some items that don't have a mesh and see if you still feel the same. Also double check the pages in the includes/modules/ for the install instruction D changes. (I know you said you have done it, but there are specific images sizes in the page code that shouldn't be there if this has been done). But when I go to: admin/additional_images_configure.php, the following error shows up: Fatal error: Call to undefined function tep_hide_session_id() in C:\xampp\htdocs\webshop\admin\additional_images_configure.php on line 381 I already changed the html_output.php, but it doesn't fix the problem. Does someone knows what to do? Edit: Never mind... I changed the wrong html_output.php. (did not changed the one in the admin directory, but the other one. When i upload the image it doesn't display in the admin area for the product, if I browse to the category it doesn't show up but when I click on the product the image is shown in the product description. On the Index page of the store I right clicked on the image and clicked "view image". It brought up this error which leads me to believe something is changing the .gif to .gi The requested URL /images/products/hyundai/genesis-coupe/brakes/Techna-FitBraidedLiness.gi was not found on this server. I had version 2.0.1 running with rc2a, sppc,great categories, easy populate and a few small additions. Really wanted the thumbnail menu on product and popup page. started upgrade install and had to stop in middle for few days. tried to finish and it was messed up. 4 months later I am trying to fix it. (I have no idea what I did or did not do months ago). You can try running the configuration utility and removing the database setup. Make sure it did removing in the shop configuration. Then run the configuration utility again. ** backup the database before just in case ** 2. if the fields for the other 2 images sizes are there, but don't let you select an image, I'm geussing you have the option to automatically create thumbs enabled. If you are looking to have the roll-over images on the product page, you have to set the Product Info: Product Image Behavior to product_info. That will give you a roll-over menu of thumbs under the main image. If you have the lightbox enabled, the main image will be the medium image or "display" image. Then the image used with the roll-over menu is the large (popup) image. When the rollover menu is not being used, the image displayed on the product info page is the medium (display) image.
