Recalc Shipping after discount coupon applied at checkout confirmation stage

I have installed the discount coupon system which works well, but I need to apply an order total threshold after the discount coupon has been applied to trigger a recalc on shipping.

I work on a fixed shipping method. In a normal purchase situation, it charges 75 for any order under 450, and free shipping thereafter.

I have a problem, however, when the dicount coupon is applied, I need to charge the shipping of 75 when the order total minus discount comes to less than 300.

The shipping is worked out right at the checkout shipping stage, and that value is carried through to the checkout confirmation stage.

I am struggling to get the correct variables to use for this, ie: order total, discount total, and once I have recalculated , where to save the new values to so that they carry through to the checkout payment stage.

This needs to be done atb the checkout_confirmation.php stage....

Any help with this urgent problem would be most welcome!

Thanks

Leon

you shipping need to calculate on sub total figures instead of discounted total, simply check the sort order in Order Total Modules.

Please read this line: Do you want to find all the answers to your questions? click here. As for contribution database it's located here!

8 people out of 10 don't bother to read installation manuals. I can recommend: if you can't read the installation manual, don't bother to install any contribution yourself.

Before installing contribution or editing/updating/deleting any files, do the full backup, it will save to you & everyone here on the forum time to fix your issues.

Any issues with oscommerce, I am here to help you.
