Problem: fatal error in includes /seo.class.php line 1828

I am using OSC v2.2rc2a.cp

ultimate seo Ultimate_SEO_URLSv22d_9

 

with the seo.class.php line 1828 left as is I just get the fatal error message

..if I comment out the whole line I get the urls as listed below ..what is solution please !!!!

 

Now I know that there are comments such as "this problem has been solved many times and "Please read thread etc..but I have gone through the forum 100 times and I really cant get to the fix anywhere ...so sorry to you all for asking again ..I really cant find the solution
